    Really enjoying the classes so far. Lucas is a great instructor and does a really good job explaining not only what to do, but why each thing matters. He covers a ton of details, but makes it accessible. He also has a relaxing nature and encouraging approach. It helps me stick with the program and want to commit to reaching my goals.

    I was really impressed with how much thought Lucas and the team have put into the best way to teach this nonintuitive practice in a way that is accessible, engaging and effective. Delivery of the course material was very clear, lots of opportunity for feedback and practice was provided (even if you weren't able to attend the live classes), and the business resources/lectures made me feel ready to start teaching immediately.

    I've attended a lot of these classes in local yoga studios but the teachers didn't teach effectively as how YOGABODY did so as to how to teach other students.

    By the end of the course, you will really learn how to teach this class.
