    • Gravity Yoga works!
      I started the gravity yoga class 3 weeks ago and I feel the difference! I haven't been able to squat in my adult life, and now I can! It works, and I look forward to practicing, even though it can be challenging, I can't recommend it enough!

      I bought the gravity yoga program. I have seen lot of improvement in my flexibility over the past 3 weeks. I have done it 6 days a week for 3 weeks. The videos are informative and thorough. I am happy with my purchase and progress.

    • A Great addition to my hip surgery rehab
      I had my right hip resurfaced in January. I first started with The Gravity Yoga course as a supplement to the hip rehab exercises I was doing. I then added the Backbend Challenge because I liked the idea Lucas stressed of of adding Strength and Balance to Flexibiity.
      During the surgery many of the muscles are cut so it's critical to gain the strength back to hold the new joint in place.
      I still have the last 3 days to go on the Backbend challenge but I will finish that this week and continue to use both programs. Lucas has a great teaching style which pushes you when needed.

    • Not a strech to say Lucas is amazing
      Stumbling on Lucas on Instagram has been a wonderful stroke of good fortune. Signed up to YOGABODY courses with no prior experience in any form of stretching and the like and have found this course to be great. Lucas is very engaging to listen to and descriptive in the poses, often offering modifications so that everyone participating remains safe yet is working to improve on their own goals. I’m now a month in and feel like I understand my body a lot better and also have seen significant improvements in mobility

    • Short, Sweet and Efective Practice
      The approach that Lucas takes is very effective. The 15 minutes is so manageable to do everyday and I feel stronger already after the 14 days.

      Being relatively new to yoga I found the lessons inspiring, well delivered and adaptable to suit all abilities. I’ve corrected bad techniques that I’ve picked and I’m simply going to do them again and again, if fact I can’t imagine not doing them now, it’s a part of my daily routine and it’s ME time.????????

    • Highly Recommended
      I am a certified yoga instructor and this was the first time I tried gravity yoga.
      I had never attended a class on Instagram and the whole concept of 15mins a day with Lucas was just fabulous. I’ve become a lot more flexible and have a daily practice of 15 mins even after the challenge has ended.
      I learned a lot including the breathing technique which I found very helpful.
      I had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend yogabody to anyone and everyone!

      Was looking for a stretching program I could fit in to a busy routine that actually showed some benefits. Gravity Yoga has been revolutionary for me and has really helped clear some aches from sitting at work all day. The sessions are well structured, clearly presented, and Lucas explains everything you may experience really well.

    • Amazing experience!
      My journey with YogaBody started with Gravity Yoga. It was the very first stretching and mobility program that I found easy to practise daily. Consistency quickly brought visible results.
      I enjoy Lucas no nonsense approach to explaining reasons for the poses and the importance of breathing. Currently I am finishing the Backbend challenge, starting Gravity Yoga teacher training, and I am waiting for the Hip Opener challenge.

      These programs offer amazing results but most importantly YogaBody makes the journey enjoyable.

      Great teachings.
      I never met anyone who could get me committed to 15 min of sports every day.
      Lucas is motivating you, taking away every excuse you might have so you just do it.

    • I really LOVE the Gravity Yoga program.
      I really LOVE the Gravity Yoga program. The videos are short and very effective. I started naturally holding my yoga poses for longer time (100% home based practice) after listening to Lucas on the Yoga Body Talk show discuss how yoga classes do not build flexibility, they simply are a demonstration of existing flexibility. I completely agree as I practiced 4-5 years in a studio and once I started practicing at home and would hold poses longer, I increased my flexibility 10 folds!

    • Finally something I can stick to!
      I am naturally extremely inflexible, and I always have been. I practice yoga rather intermittently, so I have never really seen any gains in flexibility. When I found your gravity yoga program, I was excited to try something that was geared specifically toward flexibility. I have been using it for about a month now. It is slow going, but I have seen some progress, and am now able to hold the poses for the full time. It's the first program that I really feel I will be able to stick with long term and am excited to see the progress.

    • I think that this product is a gift…
      The science behind these poses have helped to get my hamstrings and hips much looser. I still need to do them more regularly. I am doing 3 or 4x a week. I have damage to my hip and right leg that makes easy seat and lotus difficult without props. I think that this product is a gift for anyone looking to improve flexibility and are self motivated. I tell anyone who asks about how I got my heels down in down dog….”Gravity Yoga.”

    • After just 1 week I feel a difference!
      Great advice and responses. The Gravity poses are amazingly effective, after just one week I feel a difference! The YOGABODY Stretch supplements also seem to help me in kicking my coffee to the curb!

    • Worth the cost!
      After practicing the Gravity Yoga series for four weeks, I see some improvement in my flexibility, posture, and mental calmness (I think from the focus on deep breathing) which carries into my everyday life. I plan to continue practicing Gravity Yoga daily until I reach my flexibility goals and then continue less frequently just for the health benefits of stretching. My main purpose for purchasing Gravity Yoga was to help with my posture and flexibility to make yoga poses easier for me. Tight hips, shoulders, and hamstrings hold me back from doing some poses as well as I would like to do them. Gravity Yoga includes some poses/stretches that I have seen before, but it also adds several new ones. The biggest benefit of the videos is that they help remind me to breathe deeply and stay focused in my stretches. The stretches are a real challenge, but my body feels good afterwards. I put the videos and mp3s on my iPad for easy access and use.

      Great Gravity Yoga Videos! Clear and informed instructions given in a calming yet engaging manner.
      Pace of activities is perfect – really like the delivery style and the stretches. You feel great after each 15 minute session. Perfect before bed or a gentle way to start the day.
