Yoga Trapeze® students: you asked for it, and finally we’ve created a new series of flow sequences you can do with your Yoga Trapeze®. Join Brett Larkin and me for three, fun and flowing series you can do at home, in the park or wherever you love to practice.
Unlike our typical pose-by-pose tutorials, these series are designed for longer practices of 20-40 minutes for students who are already familiar with the basics of inversion sling yoga, and want to try new and challenging poses in a structured mini-class.
