    Unlike our typical pose-by-pose tutorials, these series are designed for longer practices of 20-40 minutes for students who are already familiar with the basics of inversion sling yoga, and want to try new and challenging poses in a structured mini-class.

    Here’s what you get…

    • Upper Body Flow: where you’ll learn to use the Yoga Trapeze® like a suspension trainer for arm, shoulder, and upper back strength.
    • Flexi-Flow: where you’ll use the leverage of the sling + gravity for big breakthroughs in your flexibility, specifically in your hips, hamstrings and back.
    • Funky Flow: where you’ll learn some of the creative and innovative poses our team at YOGABODY has developed ate our professional classes in Barcelona.

      Stumbled across YogaBody on a Facebook ad and decided to give it a shot. Super happy with it so far. The programs I have done so far have been challenging, but still accessible. Can definitely feel an improvement in my general mobility. Would not hesitate to use in the future.

    • So glad I tried YOGABODY
      I had been going through a difficult time in my life. It was affecting me both physically and emotionally. I decided to try YOGABODY, thinking a little stretching would be good for me. It turned out to be more than that. Yes, I did become more flexible, but the breathing techniques also helped throughout the day. I am now more relaxed and sleeping better.

      I’m very unfit, have done a few yoga classes in the past so thought would give this a go, so glad I did . Been doing this for a few weeks and have really felt a difference it really works , and makes me feel quite sleepy so it’s good to do at night.

    • The set up wasn't too bad
      The set up wasn't too bad. I love that it gives me options for my home practice and the tutorials are a big help. In the future I'd like to purchase the trapeze stand so that I can practice outside.

    • I LOVE it
      I LOVE it! It was so easy to install and the tutorial videos are SO GOOD! I work out on a regular basis but my back is constantly hurting. After just a few minutes hanging upside down I could tell it was stretching it out and is definitely going to help me a ton. I cant wait to learn the other poses and become more flexible and have less back pain! Thanks Yoga Body :)
