      The Breath Coach Training was very practical, scientific and easy to learn. It gives you all the tools you need for managing stress in daily life and to teach these techniques to others. I highly recommend it

    • So Glad I Tried YOGABODY
      I had been going through a difficult time in my life. It was affecting me both physically and emotionally. I decided to try YOGABODY, thinking a little stretching would be good for me. It turned out to be more than that. Yes, I did become more flexible, but the breathing techniques also helped throughout the day. I am now more relaxed and sleeping better

    • Gravity Yoga & Breathing Programme
      I purchased Gravity Yoga for my very inflexible husband, but we have both ended up making it part of our daily routine. Hubby also purchased the 21 day (I think) breathing programme, which is really brilliant - so simple, but so effective.
      These have both been very positive for us. We really like Lucas’ approach - he keeps it simple and easy to understand.
      I would definitely recommend.
      It also makes me laugh when he says bum....no idea why, but I giggle every time.

    • A wonderful tool!
      Breathing is a wonderful tool, easy to use and with quick results compared to practices like meditation. I feel very confident now to teach and coach people having done this training. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth and ready to go kinda training and that is rare in online training.

      The course was everything I expected and way more. Lucas is such an amazing teacher: his down to earth approach, yet cheerfulness every single day made me so excited for every new class.     • Great Results!
      Unlike many other people, I do not have a yoga/meditation background. My aim to register for this course was to get firsthand information and try to understand the theory of breathing. In the beginning, I thought I might get lost but the course content is arranged in a simple way and basic scientific info that makes sure everyone can follow it. After a week of practice, I already started observing the positive effects of yoga breathing which I believe will only get better

      I’ve been very interested in learning more about different breathing techniques since I graduated from YTT a couple of years ago. The breath is so powerful and we have it with us at all times. I love to know the science behind things so choosing a course like this with Lucas and YOGABODY just felt 100% right. Lucas has become my go-to yoga science guy and I strongly recommend this course to anyone interested in breathwork

      I teach yoga and meditation and yoga breathing forms a core part of my work. However, it was great to study the theoretical aspects of breathing (anatomy, physiology as well as the business marketing side)

    • Amazing Breathing Awareness
      I’m feeling like I’m more or less constantly in a fight/flight state at the moment. This course has absolutely brought awareness of how I breathe in certain situations and has helped me to use my breath to balance during the day. The constant support of Lucas (don’t know how you do that…) and the group was great, all questions were answered in a very short time. Lucas brings so much knowledge into this course but delivers it in such a light and impressive way that I love to listen to. This was the third course with YOGABODY I took in quite a short time and I will really miss my daily breathing reminders. I will be back soon for your Sugar Detox Challeng

    • Helps with my anxiety
      Knowing I am one to feel anxiety on a daily basis, these breathing techniques really assists me to be in the now. Although, this knowledge and experience are still in the works of practice. From the time of the training, this has greatly helped control my anxiety levels as well as calm me down when it’s time to sleep. Definitely a practice I’ll keep under my belt

    • Best Decision
      Taking the Breath Coaching Training with Lucas/YOGABODY has been the best decision of 2019 for me. Based on my experience with Trapeze Training, I knew it would be good. But the course/videos/materials are by far the most organized and complex information on the subject, yet simple and easy to understand and practice. I can’t wait to share this priceless information and techniques with family, friends, and clients.
