      Yoga Trapeze...a workout I look forward to every time!! I was recently diagnosed with early onset Degenerative Spinal Disease (aka DDD), which is pretty rare at my ripe age of 34. As such, I have to be a little more strategic than the average bear in choosing what exercises work best to help elongate my spine without causing additional inflammation. So far, this seems to be my best option. YogaBody for the win! P.S. It’s really fun."

      I really enjoyed the wide range of poses. Even though most of them were difficult, I felt satisfied knowing that I was improving the entire range of my hips. It made the postures more tolerable because I knew they were all a small part of an overall improvement."
