    Unlike our typical pose-by-pose tutorials, these series are designed for longer practices of 20-40 minutes for students who are already familiar with the basics of inversion sling yoga and want to try new and challenging poses in a structured mini-class.

    I really enjoyed the wide range of poses. Some of them were challenging and I felt satisfied knowing that I was improving the entire range of my hips. It made the postures more tolerable because I knew they were all a small part of an overall improvement.

    I have been wanting to try the Yoga Trapeze for a while and decided to go for it. I am so glad I did. The traction alone is worth it.

    I wanted to do more so I purchased the flow series for beginner-intermediate. They are not easy but I am having so much fun it doesn’t matter. I feel like a kid on the monkey bars again.

    Hi, I'm in the 5 week and I'm enjoying the poses. They are very demanding and in most of them I do the first level. Anyway I'm not having the results I was expecting but I continue to pratice every morning. Thanks you YOGABODY!

    I was curious about flexibility and decided to try this program, and after 1 month of practice I can already feel some benefits! I'm going to keep doing it once a week as I feel that I'm increasing my body mobility with these exercises!

    I am constantly grateful to have found YOGABODY. They have made such a difference in my practice, in my life.

    Yoga Trapeze...a workout I look forward to every time!! I was recently diagnosed with early onset Degenerative Spinal Disease (aka DDD), which is pretty rare at my ripe age of 34. As such, I have to be a little more strategic than the average bear in choosing what exercises work best to help elongate my spine without causing additional inflammation.

    So far, this seems to be my best option. YOGABODY for the win!
    P.S. It’s really fun!
